The AirWay TransPort is a DSL/cable modem Gateway for the home or small office. TransPort solves an emerging problem called "DSL envy," this is when your other computers get jealous of the one computer with the DSL or cable modem connection.

TransPort, using PRISM WLAN technology, distributes that line, wirelessly, to up to 63 PCs and laptops, so everyone can share that one fast Internet connection. TransPort can interact with any PC or laptop equipped with a PCI or PCMCIA card, respectively, within a range of 300 feet. Add to that a data speed of 11Mbps and you can be assured that all DSL envy is gone!

TransPort operates in the 2.4GHz range and sets up a LAN, allowing you to share printers, scanners, storage drives and other peripherals across the network. It no longer matters where you are in your home or office, you can access the Internet with the power of DSL, wirelessly; you can send a document to print, wirelessly; you can even access files off other PCs and laptops, all wirelessly!
