Introduction
- AirWay Voice Mail is capable of forwarding calls to up to 8 remote
numbers.
- Remote Extensions can be any telephone that is outside the
office. Cell phones, a home telephone number, a branch office
number, even a fax machine can all be used as a Remote Extension.
- AirWay Voice Mail forwards the call to a remote extension by dialing
out on one of your incoming phone lines. Thus any telephone
number can be used as a Remote Extension.
Details
- Calls can be forwarded directly or screened.
- If you are unable to accept a call, the call can be transferred
back to your office, sent to your voicemail, or given a busy
signal - This is one example, but the settings can be defined
by your Call Cascade settings.
- AirWay Voice Mail provides seamless call forwarding. Callers are
not aware they are being transferred out of your office instead
they hear uninterrupted music-on-hold.
