Introduction
When you accept calls, you are
immediately put in contact with them. More importantly when a call
is rejected, you can pre-define how a rejected call is handled.
Details
For example, upon announcing
the caller, you have the option to press '#' to accept the call
or to reroute the call to the Call Cascade options by either hanging
up or pressing '*'. Rerouting options include forwarding calls to
a local extension, remote extension, extension ring group, built
in voicemail, announcement, auto attendant or hang up. In the case
where 'hang up' is selected, AirWay Voice Mail will first play the following
prompt before hanging up: "I'm sorry, that extension is unavailable
at this time. Please try again later."
